Different requirements for the surface characteristics of rollers apply to the processes of nonwovens conveying, hot rolling, slitting and winding. Multi-component rubber rollers can adapt to the entire production process. The seamless steel tubular core of the roller is coated with polyurethane, silicone rubber or nitrile rubber. Polyurethane is wear-resistant and suitable for high-speed slitting; silicone rubber is heat-resistant and does not stick to fibers during hot rolling; Nitrile rubber is oil resistant and suitable for auxiliary process stations. High temperature vulcanization ensures strong adhesion to the roller core, preventing delamination and wrinkling.
Hardness can be flexibly adjusted; soft rubber protects delicate fabrics, while hard rubber meets the requirements of high pressure pressing. The surface of the roller is carefully polished to eliminate ridges, preventing fabric deflection and wrinkling. Medical grade rubber can be used in the production of masks and dressings. The independent coating shop utilizes temperature controlled vulcanization processes, CNC grinding for precision machining and ISO9001 quality control. The ability to customize the thickness and texture of the rubber layer is supported, which increases roller replacement cycles and ensures continuous operation of the production line.
