They can process small diameter and narrow width rollers, including mirror polished hot press rollers, micro rubber rollers, stainless steel guide rollers and pinch rollers. The substrate, temperature control and surface treatment meet mass production standards, and sample data can be compared with the effects of large-scale production lines.
The processing precision is controlled to within 0.01mm, and the simple, compact frame is specially designed to fit various small-scale hot rolling and slitting machines. The technical team can adjust the roller surface friction coefficient and temperature range to quickly complete fabric testing, shortening the new product research and development cycle.
