Spunlace nonwovens undergo a wet process using warm water and additives. Regular metal rollers are susceptible to rust and fiber contamination. However, 316L stainless steel rollers are resistant to hydrolysis and corrosion, making them suitable for long-term wet machining. The roller body is made from one-piece casting without welds, and after passivation and polishing, it is resistant to weak acids and warm water corrosion, preventing metal particles from contaminating the fabric. It has balanced thermal conductivity, which allows it to be used for both cooling and transportation.
Its lightweight design reduces stress on bearings, and dual dynamic balancing ensures smooth, wrinkle-free spunlace non-woven transport. The surface can be treated with matte anti-slip grinding or mirror polishing for calendering. Independent stainless steel processing lines use integrated CNC control, ensuring high precision. The production of wide and narrow spunlace production lines is supported. Cleaning can be done with water only, significantly reducing roller maintenance costs on wet production lines.
