High temperature hot rolling processes often result in delamination, buckling and damage to rubber rolls. The layer-by-layer vulcanization process solves this common industry problem at the production stage. In the processing process, the steel tubular core of the roll is first sandblasted to improve adhesion. Then vulcanization is performed layer by layer and sectionally. The inner transition rubber layer adheres to the roll core, and the outer functional rubber layer adapts to operating conditions.
High temperature, high pressure vulcanization ensures strong adhesion and prevents delamination. The different processes use specific rubber materials: hot rolling uses high-temperature silicone rubber, cutting uses wear-resistant polyurethane, and the additive station uses oil-resistant nitrile rubber, the hardness of which is adjusted as needed. The constant temperature coating shop precisely controls the curing parameters, and CNC grinding ensures that the rubber surface is free of particles and protrusions. This product is suitable for heat treatment of masks, interior trim and filter nonwovens, and has passed ISO9001 quality testing, which greatly increases the service life of rubber rollers and reduces unexpected production line downtime.
