Hot rolling is a critical step in the forming of nonwovens. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures and pressure places high demands on the compressive strength and heat resistance of shafts, so alloy operating shafts are the main load-bearing elements. The base is made of seamless 48CrMo alloy tubes, strengthened by mid-frequency hardening, making it resistant to fatigue and less susceptible to plastic deformation. Thickened shaft housings are suitable for high line pressure applications. Precision grinding controls straightness and radial runout, ensuring uniform tension on the fabric when used in pairs, resulting in consistent weight variation in the finished product.
Internal multi-channel heat-conducting channels provide rapid heating and uniform surface temperature of the rolls, eliminating fiber melting defects. Surface finish options include mirror, matte and etched finishes suitable for glossy, filter and embossed nonwovens. Processing is carried out using a complete set of CNC grinding and heat treatment equipment, and dynamic balancing is performed before shipment, making the material compatible with high-tech nonwoven fabric production lines such as spunbond, meltblown and spunlace, reducing the amount of fabric waste, and is widely used in the medical industry, filtration and heat treatment of automobile interiors.
