There are significant technological differences across nonwovens industries that make standard rolls unsuitable for specific applications. Our comprehensive customization service for custom rolls covers all types of rolls. We can produce cutting rolls, guide rolls, hot pressing rolls, rubber rolls and mirror rolls as required. The main materials used are carbon steel, 304/316L stainless steel and alloy pipes, and the materials are selected to withstand high temperatures, high humidity and corrosive additives. The diameter, width and temperature control channels of the rolls can be individually adjusted. Surface treatment includes chrome plating, rubber coating, fiber winding and sandblasting, with hardness and heat resistance selected according to production requirements.
CNC equipment ensures precise control throughout the entire process with an error within 0.01mm. The heat treatment, grinding and dynamic balancing processes are standardized and each roll comes with a test report.
