Manufactured from 304 and 316L stainless steel through a one-piece molding process, it has a built-in passivation anti-corrosion layer, is resistant to water vapor and mild acid corrosion, suitable for wet nonwoven manufacturing processes such as wet impregnation and rinsing, and does not leave rust stains or contaminate the surface of the web. The body is made of one piece without welds with fine grinding, the surface is smooth without burrs, which eliminates snagging and damage to thin and light blades, various types of finishing are available, including mirror polishing, brushing and sandblasting.
