Complete load-bearing frames, custom-made for various drums of non-woven production, are made of thick-walled rolled steel according to state standards using the full welding method, have high structural rigidity and are able to withstand the simultaneous operation of several groups of thermal pressure and rubber shafts, do not deform and do not produce vibrations when working under high pressure.
Side posts, bases and support structures are custom-made to suit production line widths, drum sizes and operating pressures, with precisely positioned bearing seats, lifting and lowering hydraulic channels and cable ducts to ensure high drum alignment and reduced rotational resistance once assembled. After sandblasting the entire structure, an anti-corrosion coating is applied, which ensures resistance to corrosion in workshops with high humidity and dust content and increases the service life of the equipment. It can be supplied as a complete set with a hydraulic clamping system, frequency drive and other components in a single design; it is suitable both for equipping new lines for the production of nonwoven materials and for upgrading existing equipment. The frames are adapted for equipment for the production of nonwoven materials for medical purposes, filtration materials and automotive interiors, provide stable load-bearing capacity, reduce operational losses of drums and reduce the frequency of equipment downtime due to failures.
