Wet-spun nonwoven fabric production often faces problems such as water stains on the fabric and scratches on the fibers. Fiber coated rollers, based on a composite fiber structure, improve these manufacturing processes. The roller body is made of polyester and aramid fibers compressed at high temperatures, with a seamless tubular steel core inside to provide sufficient rigidity. It is not subject to distortion when operating under high tension and is dynamically balanced at the factory, resulting in reduced vibration when operating at high speeds. Porous fibers absorb water and oil, quickly removing moisture from the fabric surface and reducing defects. The moderate coefficient of friction prevents slippage and movement of the fabric, and minor wear can be self-corrected, reducing the frequency of replacement.
The workshop is equipped with a CNC machining center that meets ISO9001 standards, with a processing accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. The specifications of the rollers can be adjusted to suit the extrusion width and pressure of nonwovens production lines for medical applications, filtration and automotive interiors, and are compatible with various spunbond, water jetting and hot air equipment. Located in the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing cluster, the company provides comprehensive services from solution approval and sample processing to serial delivery, and supplies complete sets of bearings and sealing components to sustainably improve production line performance and meet the upgrading needs of high-speed and wide-range production lines.
