Vibration, fabric movement and bearing damage in high-speed production lines are often caused by poor roller balancing. The dual dynamic balancing process prevents these problems at the source. After metal, rubber and fiber coated rollers are processed, an initial static balancing is carried out, followed by high-speed dynamic balancing for precise adjustments. This corrects weight deviations, stabilizes centrifugal force and reduces equipment vibration.
Uncalibrated rollers are prone to overheating and stretching the fabric when running at high speeds. Standardized balancing products are suitable for high-speed production lines with speeds of 50-300 m/min, significantly reducing bearing wear. Fully automated testing equipment covers all roller types and balancing data is archived for future reference. Combined with CNC closed-loop grinding control, it meets the needs of high-speed production lines in the medical, filtration and automotive industries, ensuring long-term stability and reducing the likelihood of equipment failure.
