Vibration and misalignment in multi-roll equipment are often caused by insufficient frame rigidity. The custom integrated frame allows for the placement of a variety of shafts, optimizing the overall operation of the machine. The frame is made of national standard thickened steel, fully welded to ensure high rigidity, can withstand the simultaneous operation of multiple sets of hot press rolls and rubber rolls, and is resistant to high pressure deformation and vibration. The wall panels and base are custom designed to suit the production line width and roll specifications, with pre-reserved bearing locations, hydraulic channels and pipe grooves.
After assembly, the shafts demonstrate higher alignment and reduced friction losses during operation. The entire assembly is sandblasted and derusted, followed by an anti-corrosion coating to prevent corrosion in wet and dusty workshops and extend service life. It can integrate hydraulic pressurization system and variable frequency drive bases, adapting to slitting, hot rolling and winding equipment. The plant has sheet metal welding and CNC machining capabilities to ensure simultaneous delivery of rollers and frames, reducing the likelihood of on-site assembly failures.
